The Tourist may acquire up to three active lines at the same time.

Is the line permanent?

No, the line is temporary. It is valid for 30 days from its activation with the call to * 666.

The client may not extend its validity.

Once in Cuba, if I no longer want the offer, can I cancel it in an Etecsa Commercial Unit?

No, you cannot cancel your offer at an Etecsa Commercial Unit. Once the Line has been purchased on our website, the debit charged on your payment card and the value paid to Cubacel. Therefore, it is not possible to reimburse for change of opinion or for trying to activate the Line 30 days after having purchased it on our website.

When the basic package is finished, can I recharge or purchase new packages?

Yes, you will be able to purchase additional Data Plans on this page, but you will not be able to recharge with money in any of the ways established for it.

What is the price of the additional Data Plans?

No, you can only purchase additional Data plans, not minutes.

If my SMS ran out, can I buy more?

No, you can only purchase additional Data plans, not SMS.

If you want to send text messages abroad, we suggest that you use the services available on the Internet such as WhatsApp, Messenger or Telegram.

Can I call with reverse charge?

Yes. You can make calls with reverse charge to another national mobile number, even if you do not have minutes, using the code * 99. The reverse charge does not apply to calls to a national landline number, or to international calls so you cannot make them if you no longer have minutes.

Can I change the USIM?

In case of loss or deterioration you can make the change of your USIM in any Commercial Unit of ETECSA.

You must pay according to the current Cubacel price in the official rate and in the authorized currencies (CUC, CUP).

Can I use the MB that are available to me in my country?

No. The offer of data is only available in Cuba if the line is active and in a cell coverage area.

If I lose the line because it reached the expiration date, are all MB lost?

Yes, when the line reaches its final date, all the MB, SMS and Minutes that were available are lost.

Before the line goes down can I transfer the MB, Minutes and SMS that I have available?

No, the MB, Minutes and SMS that you have can never be transferred even if the line is close to its expiration date.

Can I change my phone number?

No, the number change service is not available for this type of offer.

Can I pass the line to a friend?

No. The line cannot be transferred to another person.

How can I check the MB I have? How can I check the line expiration date?

Through the query *222*887# you can keep track of your MB, Minutes and SMS, even know the final date of your offer.

Can I check my operations?

Yes. For this you must go to an ETECSA Commercial Unit and request the Call Reporting service.

You must pay the current Cubacel price in the official rate and in the authorized currencies (CUC, CUP).

If I miss the line, can I block it?

Yes, you can request the blocking of your line through Cubacel Customer Service calling to 52642266 or 118, or in an ETECSA Commercial Unit.

If you wish to unlock it, you must do it personally in an ETECSA Commercial Unit at no additional cost.

To change the USIM you must go to any ETECSA Commercial Unit and you must make the payment according to the current price in the official rate and in the authorized currencies (CUC, CUP).

Can I recharge my number from abroad or from a web page?

No. This line cannot be recharged by any of the routes available in an ETECSA Commercial Unit, or by a Telecommunications Agent, or by external recharge promotions or in any other way than the purchase of data plans available on this page.

Does this line have access to the ‘Adelanto de Saldo’ service?

No. This line does not have access to ask for balance credit as it does not include the balance recharge service.
